Dunkin’ Donuts are one of the biggest coffee and doughnut specialists in the world, with over 12,000 locations in 42 countries. Our task was to craft an experience for a UK market — with a focus on petrol stations and forecourts.

It was important to give customers a completely customisable experience when it came to purchasing their doughnuts. With this in mind, we developed a concept for a self-serving doughnut stand, where the customer can pick from a range of different flavours to fill a box size of their choice.

As an extension to the project, we helped conceptualise a drive-thru system for customers on-the-go. This system is perfect for coffee and doughnuts as orders can be fulfilled quickly and efficiently, without the customer needing to exit their car.
